Herein after called the Owners, and Aruba Resort Rentals, a division of Blue Chip Investments N.V., an Aruba corporation hereafter called the Company with offices at Palm Beach # 186, Oranjestad, Aruba D.W.I.

PARTIES AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:
The owners hereby grant the non- exclusive right to the Company to rent their Timeshare week(s) listed below on the open market.

The Owner warrants and represents that he/she has good title to and the right to rent the above listed week(s) without any violation of any rules and regulations of the resort owned at, as well as Local (Aruba) laws.
The Owner warrants that the maintenance fee(s) is/are paid for the current year and that there are no debts related to the above listed Timeshare week(s) that would impair the rental thereof.

The Owner agrees to hold the Company, its representatives, agents and employees harmless against any claims resulting from any eventual dispute with the resort as to what or how much is owed by him/her. In the unlikely event that any fees are owed to the resort which would impair the rental of the Timeshare week(s), the owner hereby grants full authority to the Company to pay these from the rental sum, prior to making any disbursement to him/her.

The Owner hereby grants authorization to the Company to verify all information supplied herein, with the resort.

The Company shall receive as compensation for renting the Timeshare week(s) a commission of 25% (Twenty Five percent) of the rental sum charged for the unit/week(s).

The Company hereby agrees to use its professional skills, knowledge and experience to the best advantage of both parties in renting the Timeshare week(s).

If the Owner desires to withdraw the Timeshare week(s) from rental, he/she must notify the Company immediately and in writing of his/her desire to do so. However if a deposit has been received on the unit/week(s) by a renter, then the Owners cannot withdraw the week(s) from rental.

The Company agrees to turn over the proceeds of rental less its commission and within 30 days after the unit has been used. A banker’s check in the name(s) of the Owner will then be made and sent by registered mail.

The Owner hereby acknowledges having read and understood the above and declares that the information supplied by him/her is truthful.

This agreement has a duration of a period of up to and including the rental week(s) or earlier if cancelled by the Owner.
