No, there’s no upfront fee to you and we ONLY get paid if we rent out
your Timeshare.

Our service is Non-Exclusive, thus we will not hamper you, but rather
offer you another venue to expose your unit & assist you thru our marketing
efforts.
3. Do I have access to my listing at any point in time or do you have sole
control of it?
Upon signing in on the website, you will be issued a secret password to
log-in and view and / or make revisions to your rental price and in doing so,
increase your chances of finding a renter for your Timeshare.

current year is not paid for?
No, this would impair the rental thereof, as well as in the case that
there are debts related to the unit. In any event in such a case, please contact
us since we may be able to resolve the problem for you.
8. As a tenant, what happens if I rented a Timeshare from you and then
